Refund Policy

If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, we'll happily send a replacement or offer a full refund. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package to resolve any issues. Due to hygiene concerns and potential transit wear, we do not accept returns or refunds for any other reason apart from damage or quality issues.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
